Veyora Lifestyle is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT 

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, and shipping information). You warrant such information is accurate, current, and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide it. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS 

We strive to display products accurately; however, colors/appearance can vary by device settings. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or match on-screen renderings. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS 

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are accepted when we confirm acceptance and process payment. Review your order carefully; some orders cannot be changed or canceled after acceptance. If we cancel or change an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING 

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price in effect at checkout applies and will be listed in your confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, customs, import duties, and other charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information and to promptly update your account details (email, card numbers, expiration dates). You represent and warrant that:

• you are duly authorized to use such payment method;

• charges will be honored by your payment provider; and

Payments. We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other Shopify-supported gateways. Your use of a gateway is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY (DROPSHIPPING) Dropshipping & Carriers. 

We operate a dropshipping model with multiple China-based suppliers. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers. The carrier used may vary by supplier and destination; we cannot guarantee a specific carrier or service. Orders may ship in separate parcels. Territory. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand; exclusions apply as listed in our Shipping Policy. Title & Risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Delivery Estimates. Transit times are estimates only and exclude order processing time. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, peak seasons, labor shortages, or events outside our control. Duties/Taxes. Where applicable, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes, and clearance fees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content and materials on the Services (including trademarks, names, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, design, and arrangement) are owned by Veyora Lifestyle, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content. “Veyora Lifestyle” names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Veyora Lifestyle or its affiliates/licensors. “Shopify,” “PayPal,” “Apple Pay,” “Google Pay,” and “Shop Pay” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY APPS 

We may provide access to tools and apps from third parties (e.g., Simprosys Product Feed, Parcel Panel, Judge.me) that we do not control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS 

The Services may contain links or embedded content to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for such sites’ content, policies, or practices and shall not be liable for any resulting harm or damages. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before engaging in any transaction.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY 

Veyora Lifestyle is powered by Shopify. Sales on our Store are made directly between you and Veyora Lifestyle. Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sale, products, or related claims. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Veyora Lifestyle.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY 

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third parties (including across borders) to provide and improve the Services.

By submitting reviews, ideas, or other content (“Feedback/UGC”), you grant Veyora Lifestyle a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose. You represent that you own or control all rights in your Feedback, that you have disclosed any incentives, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback we deem unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS 

Information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (including product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability). We reserve the right to correct or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice (including after an order is submitted).

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not, directly or indirectly:

• violate laws or rights of others;

• infringe intellectual property;

• harass, defame, or harm others;

• submit false or misleading information;

Except as expressly stated by Veyora Lifestyle in writing, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, durability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyora Lifestyle and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners (and Shopify and its affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs) arising from or related to the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be disclaimed, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veyora Lifestyle (and Shopify) and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (i) your breach of these Terms or referenced policies; (ii) your violation of law or third-party rights; or (iii) your use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense; you will cooperate as reasonably requested.

If any provision of these Terms is determined unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veyora Lifestyle concerning the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW & VENUE 

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You and Veyora Lifestyle consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts located in the Netherlands.
