As a dropshipping business, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers who handle the fulfillment and shipment of your orders. 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to Australia and New Zealand. Please note:

2. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders to Australia and New Zealand. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.
3. Customs, Taxes, and Duties
As a dropshipping company, Veyora Lifestyle is not responsible for any customs duties, GST, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees, or additional charges that may be applied once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility (importer of record). For details about potential fees, please contact your local customs authority before placing an order. If a shipment is returned or destroyed due to unpaid charges or refusal, any associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Processing & Handling Time
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are processed by our suppliers directly after receiving your payment confirmation. Order Cut-Off Time: 14:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam).

6. Shipping Carriers
Our shipping carriers depend on the supplier fulfilling your order, so we cannot guarantee a specific courier. Typical carriers used include Australia Post, NZ Post, DHL, and UPS (indicative only). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and code. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. Orders may ship in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.
