Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Veyora Lifestyle! We take great pride in our meticulous attention to detail. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

Damaged or defective items 30 Days:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@veyora-lifestyle.com to send us details and photos. If there are any damaged items or shipping errors on our part, we will issue a full replacement, credit, or refund, including the shipping to you at our expense, based on our discretion. 

Exchanges:

Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer support team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and once we receive it, we will send out the new item you requested.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Opened or used products
• Items without Order Number

30-Day Return Policy:

We only accept returns for unused, unopened packages. You have thirty days after the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please write the original order number on the box when returning a parcel. The cost of shipping from the original order is nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for the purchase of the new return label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days; however, it may take longer for funds to appear back on the card you purchased with.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Before returning any items, contact us at support@veyora-lifestyle.com to initiate the return process.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Package the Item: Print or tape the return label on top of our original shipping label to cover it up before shipment. Take note of its tracking number. It’s also recommended to take pictures of the parcel before shipment for extra proof in case your return package is lost.

Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
