Refund policy

At Veyora Lifestyle, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers in China. This means that return authorizations and return addresses are managed on a case-by-case basis depending on the supplier fulfilling your order. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (the last item in your order). To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

A proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

Hygiene/health-protection items whose seal is broken after delivery.

Personalized or made-to-order products (if applicable).

Items without original packaging or missing essential parts (unless faulty).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team first. Do not send products back to the original shipping address or our corporate office without authorization. When contacting us, please include:

Reason for return (with photos or videos if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once we review your request, we will provide:

A Return Authorization Number (RAN).

A specific return address (provided by the supplier, often in China).

Detailed instructions on how to complete the return.

For customer-paid returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original standard shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you paid for expedited shipping, we refund up to the least expensive standard delivery cost where applicable.

If your return is not approved (e.g., used, wrong address, missing RAN), we may decline the refund or apply a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Exchanges
We do offer exchanges for size or color. If you would like to exchange an item:

Contact our support team to request an exchange and obtain a RAN.

Return the original item following the provided instructions (return shipping follows Section 3).

Place a new order for the desired item/size/color. We will process the refund for the original item once it is received and inspected by the supplier.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped or is in the processing phase, cancellations are no longer guaranteed, and the return process must be followed instead. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
7. Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are charged on returns. However, the customer is still responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
8. Return Address
Because Veyora Lifestyle works with multiple suppliers (mostly in China), there is no fixed return address. The return address will be provided once your return request is approved, based on which supplier fulfilled your order.
Do not return any products to our corporate office (Eikengaard 19, 5283 EH Boxtel, Netherlands), as they will be rejected and a refund will not be processed.
9. Legal Rights
This Return & Refund Policy does not override your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the country of delivery, including the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product fails to meet mandatory consumer guarantees, those rights prevail. This policy is designed in accordance with Dutch law (place of establishment).
